Prenatal Yoga
This class is design to connect you with your body & baby. You will strengthen your body and receive the tools you need to prepare for birth, to relax and trust your body. You will work together to strengthen your nervous system and to explore the body through different exercises. It will include exploring breathing techniques and it aims to bring well being into your daily life!
Every class has a structure of tuning in, pranayama, a series of exercises/ asana, relaxation & meditation.
Classes every:
Tuesdays 9:30h-10:30h
(Thursdays classes starting in February)
€14 per class
6 classes package €70 (to book it send me message)
Private classes €40 per class (Prenatal & Postnatal)
Yoga is self-initiation, we need time with ourselves to cultivate a sense of self, to know our awareness skills, and to work with our own energy.
Milagros' prenatal yoga is the highlight of my week! It is about so much more than physical strength- it is a feeling of community with Milagos and the other lovely ladies that attend the class, and amazing for mental health in such a vulnerable period of life. I highly recommend this class to any other pregnant ladies in Lisbon!
