Prenatal Yoga

This class is design to connect you with your body & baby. You will strengthen your body and receive the tools you need to prepare for birth, to relax and trust your body. You will work together to strengthen your nervous system and to explore the body through different exercises. It will include exploring breathing techniques and it aims to bring well being into your daily life!

Every class has a structure of tuning in, pranayama, a series of exercises/ asana, relaxation & meditation.

Yoga is self-initiation, we need time with ourselves to cultivate a sense of self, to know our awareness skills, and to work with our own energy.
