Prenatal Yoga

I must say I love teaching prenatal yoga, I always find myself so inspired giving these classes. Yoga is a brilliant way to prepare your body for birth, as well as keeping you mentally and physically strong during pregnancy and postpartum. The practice of Kundalini yoga specifically works specially with the divine feminine energy through the movement, meditation and breath.

This type of yoga is given as a private class and is tailored to work one-on-one with mothers, focusing on rebuilding strength, relaxing the upper and lower back, and rejuvenating energy levels. If you want to know more click here

Postnatal Yoga

Yoga is self-initiation, we need time with ourselves to cultivate a sense of self, to know our awareness skills, and to work with our own energy.
