Yoga for Birth
During this session you will understand the rhythm of birth and how the different tools of Yoga can help you go through the journey of giving birth.
Birth is a unique moment in the life of a woman. It's a moment of transition. Like a rite of passage, it's a moment before becoming a mother, it's a moment that will push you to your limits, it's a moment of full connection to body & baby, it's a moment that can be as alive as the biggest meditation of your life.
The energy of birth comes to the body in order to birth your baby through it with each wave of contractions, as you turn inward. The techniques of yoga can help you through this transition. Using postures and movements, experiencing breathing exercises and relaxation tools, as well as visualisation & meditation. The idea is to help you explore what can work for you to tune in and relax.

Pregnant women
You will take away:
an understanding of the the dynamics of birth
different postures for different phases of labor
different breathing techniques to help you relax and to birth your baby
techniques of relaxation such as yoga nidra and visualisation
And the last but not least, meditation.
You will receive a pdf with all the information and two audios with a visualisation and a yoga nidra.
